
Methods of Payment
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Payment processing is secure and encrypted. Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly. If you believe you entered an incorrect address, please contact us as quickly as possible—we’re happy to correct the address if the shipment has not yet been sent. If the item has already been shipped, you will be responsible for contacting the shipper to forward the package to the correct address. We are not responsible for lost parcels if an incorrect address was provided at the time of order.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If any changes are needed, contact us within 24 hours at laura@greatsandstudios.com.
Shipping Time
Orders ship within 1–5 business days. All orders are shipped via USPS flat rate shipping from Los Angeles, CA, and a tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched. If you prefer a different carrier, please contact us immediately after placing your order at laura@greatsandstudios.com to discuss options and any additional cost. Please note that processing times may vary during peak periods.
Gift Wrapping
If you would like your item gift wrapped, please leave a note in the comment area when ordering, including any details such as a personalized message or special instructions.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order is lost or damaged, please send an email to laura@greatsandstudios.com within 7 days of delivery. A replacement item(s) will be discussed, and a claim will be opened with USPS (or the alternate carrier, if applicable). We will initiate the claim, but it will be your responsibility to follow through with it by providing any necessary documentation (such as photos of the damage to both the item and the packaging). Please note that tracking and insurance are automatically included for all USPS Flat Rate shipments.
Order Cancellations
We will honor any order cancellation requests that are received before the items are shipped. Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible—ideally within 12 hours of placing your order. Once items have shipped, they are no longer eligible for cancellation.
Returns / Exchanges
Due to the delicate, handmade quality of each piece, no returns or exchanges are accepted. All sales are final. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can review the issue and discuss possible solutions. Please remember that the stones are all formed by Mother Nature and are 100% hand painted. Therefore the stones may not be uniformly shaped, they may have slight imperfections, and not all painted dots are perfectly round. These characteristics are not considered "defects" and are part of what makes each stone unique.
